Southern Luzon State University - College of Medicine (SLSU-COM) officially started accepting online admission applications for incoming qualified first-year students for Academic Year 2026-2027 starting Jan. 19 to May 29.
Applicants are expected to prepare both scanned and original copies of their:
- Transcript of Records (TOR)
- National Medical Admission Test (NMAT)
- Parent's proof of income
- Certificate of Residency from the barangay
- Certificate of their General Weighted Average (GWA) from the Registrar's Office
In accordance with SLSU-COM guidelines, applicants must be physically and mentally fit, natural-born Filipino citizens, with a GWA of at least 2.5, without failing grades, have earned at least a 3-unit course credit for Zoology, Chemistry, and Research or any related subjects, have an NMAT score of 65 or higher, and have no record of dropping from any medical school.
